I published an op-ed in Le HuffPost on the strategic role of free software in French industrial policy.
At a time when France is searching for levers to drive its productive recovery, free and open-source software represents an underused asset: reducing technological dependencies, pooling development costs, and stimulating a local ecosystem of companies and jobs. The article makes the case for an ambitious public policy in favour of open source, from public administration to industrial sectors.
